Elekta is seeking an Application Intern to assist the training manager with monthly KPI reporting, arranging customer flights and accommodation, and processing reimbursements from in-house trainings. You will also participate in training sessions to broaden knowledge of Elekta Software products and support administrative tasks.

The role offers hands-on exposure to clinical workflow software, requires strong communication, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Description

The Application Intern is responsible to assist the training manager in reporting monthly Key Performance Indicators, emitting customers flights and accommodation, doing customers reimbursements from In House trainings, and doing administrative tasks. Also, he/she will attend some In House trainings to improve the knowledge in all Elekta Software products.

Responsibilities

• Request customers flights and accommodation.
• Review customer meals reimbursement during in house training.
• Report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monthly.
• Help Applications Trainer with administrative tasks/certificates.
• Attend In House training with Applications Trainer.
• Complete reports/Work Orders/ Project Tasks on CLM when requested.
• Complete all necessary training preparation.

Relevant Knowledge, SKILLS, and competencies

• Currently an undergraduate in Physics or Medical Physics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers effectively (via phone or face-to-face).
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills (Spanish language is a plus).
• Familiarity/proficiency with the following: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
