American Tower in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a pragmatic automation analyst to tailor tools for departmental needs, mainly using Excel and Access. You will oversee internal applications and serve as the primary technical contact for these solutions.

You will support Engineering teams across Brazil with proprietary apps like Tower Builder and REI2SES, deliver training, and help maintain tools. Strong data handling, programming basics (C#, VBA, Python) and English proficiency are a plus.

Qualificações

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic Office tools.
• Competency in at least one desktop programming language or automation tools (C#, VBA, Python, or similar).
• Basic understanding of data handling and databases.
• Intermediate English preferred; Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide automation tools and solutions tailored to departmental requirements using platforms such as Excel and Access.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of internal applications; serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters related to these solutions.
• Offer technical assistance to Engineering teams across Brazil, Mexico, and Corporate offices regarding proprietary applications, including Tower Builder and REI2SES.
• Deliver training sessions on in-house applications as needed, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
• Guide team members in the effective use and ongoing maintenance of internal tools; contribute to innovation and process enhancement efforts focused on automation.
• Compile and evaluate data from diverse databases and formats, integrating information for management reporting and analysis.
• Support employee development by facilitating training on specialized applications and the introduction of new tools.
• Conduct targeted research in line with management directives to drive process efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
• Support the maintenance and updates of existing automation tools (e.g., Excel, Access, internal systems).
• Execute predefined routines and adjustments in internal applications under supervision.
