Elekta is seeking an IT support-focused professional in São Paulo to assist customers, field engineers and distributors by remote service, phone, email, and WebEx. The role emphasizes reliability and adherence to Elekta procedures while supporting customer closings and software updates.
The ideal candidate studies Information Technology, demonstrates strong English, and has knowledge of Windows Server/Active Directory to support OIS and TPS software upgrades and maintenance.

To provide support to the customer/field engineer/distributors, to fulfill the offered SLA, reliability of the information and to assure the customer's satisfaction; to assure the fulfillment of the Elekta procedures and requirements by the customer, according to the technical guidelines of the headquarters; support to management software (OIS) and planning systems; perform upgrades and updates of Elekta systems.
