Mendelics is seeking an operations professional to support Diagnostic Programs by coordinating activities, ensuring smooth execution, and collecting data. You will liaise with physicians, patients, and clients to address commercial and operational requests.

Responsibilities include billing support, reporting, and alignment with internal workflows. Strong communication, teamwork, and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the operations that govern the Diagnostic Programs under guidelines.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Receive and proactively contact physicians, patients, and clients regarding requests.
• Resolve pending issues required for test/sample registration.
• Resolve technical questions from physicians, clients, and patients.
• Handle requests from local or external suppliers and clients.
• Support the implementation of Diagnostic Projects and Programs.
• Address client needs according to internal workflows and agreements.
• Prepare internal and external management reports.
• Perform billing routines in partnership with the Finance team.
• Conduct periodic data collection and reporting for internal and external requests.

• Execute the operations that govern the Diagnostic Programs in accordance with previously agreed guidelines;


• Provide customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp;


• Receive and proactively contact physicians, patients, and clients regarding commercial and operational requests;


• Resolve pending issues required for test/sample registration;


• Resolve technical questions from physicians, clients, and patients, either directly or indirectly;


• Handle requests from local or external suppliers and clients;

Requirements
