Responsibilities
  1. Support hardware and software technical issues.
  2. Maintain and support the IT infrastructure, including administration and support of corporate networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  3. Assist and support stores and headquarters, operate Help Desk systems.
  4. Support and maintain the PDV Linx system and its integrations.
  5. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to workstations, printers, and payment devices.
  6. Conduct onsite visits and technical support at store locations as needed.
Requirements
  1. Experience in network infrastructure and technical support.
  2. Knowledge of network management and monitoring (TCP/IP).
  3. Experience supporting stores and external units.
  4. Experience with Help Desk systems and ticket management.
  5. Knowledge of the PDV Linx system and its integrations.
  6. Availability for onsite work and technical visits.
  7. Complete or ongoing higher education.
Additional Information

This position requires full-time onsite work in São Paulo, with the possibility of technical visits to stores. Candidates should have relevant experience and be willing to work in a dynamic environment.
