Jobtailor is seeking an AI Architect to define the technical architecture for incorporating AI into our products, including LLMs, RAG, and agents. You will act as the technical and strategic AI reference across departments and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will evaluate AI and cloud tools, integrate AI with existing C#/.NET systems, ensure MLOps best practices, governance, and LGPD compliance, and present decisions to leadership.

Qualificações

• Mandatory: reside in the state of São Paulo, SP.
• Degree in IT or related field.
• Strong experience in systems development with C# and .NET.
• Practical experience implementing AI solutions in production.
• Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG and AI agents.
• Experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Ability to communicate technical decisions to leadership.

• Define the technical architecture for incorporating AI (LLMs, RAG, agents) into the company’s products
• Act as the technical and strategic AI point of reference, supporting other departments in identifying application opportunities
• Evaluate and recommend AI and cloud tools, platforms, and providers suitable for each use case
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, developed primarily in C#/.NET
• Ensure MLOps best practices, monitoring, and governance of models in production
• Safeguard security, privacy and compliance (LGPD) in implemented solutions
• Translate business needs into viable technical solutions, prioritizing impact and scalability

Requirements

• Mandatory: reside in the state of São Paulo (SP), preferably in São José dos Campos or nearby
• Completed degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong experience in systems development, with proficiency in C# and .NET
• Practical experience implementing AI solutions in production (not only in proof-of-concept)
• Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG and/or AI agents
• Experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Ability to communicate with non-technical areas and present technical decisions to leadership
