Infosys Brazil is seeking an AI Specialist to join our team in São Paulo with a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on AI/ML engineering, deployment of production-ready AI solutions, and driving regional AI transformation across clients and projects.

The candidate should have strong Python skills, expertise with AWS Sagemaker/Bedrock, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI systems.

• Design and Deploy Autonomous AI Agents.
• Innovate and Drive AI Projects with innovative ideas for AI agents in real problems.
• Apply latest research to improve systems in AI/LLM field.
• Optimize and ensure reliability of AI Agents.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models and applications solving business problems.
• Lead the AI Transformation in the region and evangelize Data Science and AI.
• Drive engagement and adoption of Data Science and AI with regional strategy input.
• Own the complete ML lifecycle: data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement MLOps best practices including versioning, CI/CD, and automated retraining.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical AI/ML solutions with clear metrics.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices for AI projects.
• Lead POCs and MVPs using design thinking to validate feasibility.

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of AI Specialist to join our team.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

• This role requires expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, AWS (Bedrock/SageMaker), LangChain/LangGraph, vector search/RAG, MLOPS, ML engineers, and Backend AI expertise.
• Design and Deploy Autonomous AI Agents.
• Innovate and Drive AI Projects: ability to originate innovative ideas for applying AI agents to real problems.
• Apply Latest Research to Improve Systems: competence in staying up-to-date with recent developments in the AI/LLM field and incorporating those improvements.
• Optimize and Ensure Reliability of AI Agents.
• Design, develop, and deploy production ready AI/ML models and applications that solve critical business problems.
• Lead the AI Transformation in the region. Influence, educate and evangelize Data Science and AI in the region.
• Drive engagement and adoption of Data Science and AI. Consult in how to shape the Data Science and AI strategy for the region.
• Own the complete ML lifecycle: data pipeline design, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated retraining.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical AI/ML solutions with clear success metrics.
