BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Architect to shape the architectural foundation of a growing multi-agent platform. You will decide when an agent, a classic model, or a deterministic pipeline fits each use case.

You’ll design orchestration, guide scaling across teams, and define governance for cost and tokens while ensuring production-grade reliability in a fully remote environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture.
• Strong expertise in LangGraph, with Python as the underlying language.
• Production multi-agent orchestration systems experience.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock architecture, Knowledge Base and model routing.
• Background designing agent evaluation harnesses and guardrails.
• Experience with MCP and tool contract design.
• Kubernetes and EKS deployment topologies for agent workloads.
• Cost and token governance across an agent fleet.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Guide the path from initial personas and a chat orchestrator to a large-scale multi-agent fleet.
• Design AWS Bedrock architecture, including Knowledge Base and model routing.

Agentic AI Solutions Architect at BairesDev

In this role, you'll shape the architectural foundation of a growing multi-agent AI platform, guiding how it evolves as it scales across multiple teams. Having designed and operated multi-agent systems in production, you'll bring judgment shaped by real systems that have already broken, not theoretical best practices. This is your opportunity to make the fundamental architectural calls, deciding when an agent, a classical model, or a simple deterministic pipeline is the right fit for each use case.

What You'll Do
