I & VILLE VIAGENS E TURISMO, located in Greater São Paulo Area, is seeking a Travel Agent to join our team in the western region of São Paulo. The primary responsibilities include planning and organizing trips, providing personalized consulting to clients, booking tickets, hotels, and other tourism services. The agent will also handle reservation changes and cancellations, as well as support clients during and after their trips. This is a full-time, in-person position under the CLT regime.

Qualifications

• Experience in itinerary planning, booking flights, hotels, and other tourism services.
• Skills in offering personalized consulting and support to clients before, during, and after trips.
• Ability to manage changes, cancellations, and resolve issues during travel. Knowledge of geography, tourist destinations, and foreign languages, along with previous experience in travel agencies, will be considered advantages.
