We're seeking a proactive self-starter who brings innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across various channels, focusing on experimentation, optimization, and scaling to achieve sustainable business growth. The primary goal is to find repeatable methods to attract and retain customers for a SaaS product using a data-centric approach.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Identify target markets, develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and set KPIs to measure success.
  2. Campaign Execution: Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels like paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.
  3. Lead Generation: Design and implement initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.
  4. Customer Acquisition: Optimize the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new sign-ups.
  5. Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers.
  6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, extract insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test marketing approaches to identify the most effective tactics for ROI maximization.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and a smooth customer journey.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS growth marketing
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle
  • Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with new marketing strategies
