• Developing A/B tests for ad creatives andlanding pages to maximize ROI.
• Providing data-driveninsights to stakeholders on market trends, competitor activities, andrecruitment bottlenecks.

Job requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in paid marketing (Google Ads, MetaAds) and recruitment operations, preferably in the gig economy orlogistics.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools toderive actionable insights.
• Strong project managementskills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
