Jobtailor in Palhoça, Brazil, is seeking a detail-oriented operations analyst who can monitor integrations between TikTok Shop, Bling, ERP and WMS, track orders, and assist with invoicing and monthly statements. You will support the administrative team and help optimize processes.

The role requires a degree in business/related fields, experience with ERP and e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Bling a plus), strong Excel skills, and solid financial or tax knowledge.

Responsabilidades

Monitor integration between TikTok Shop, Bling, ERP and WMS
Monitor orders with errors or inconsistencies
Liaise with carriers/shipping companies
Track order statuses
Process order invoicing
Assist with monitoring the issuance of invoices (Notas Fiscais)
Make boleto payments and manage scheduled financial transactions
Update cost and product control spreadsheets
Assist in preparing and reviewing the monthly income statement (DRE)
Generate operational and financial reports
Support the administrative team with daily routines
Ensure operational organization and compliance with internal workflows
Support process improvements and operational automations
