inDrive in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage vendor bills in ZIP P2P and NetSuite ERP for LATAM countries. You will ensure accurate expense postings, apply sales tax and WHT, and support audits.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AP experience, knowledge of NetSuite, ZIP, and Excel/Google Sheets, and a solid understanding of LATAM tax rules. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for international exposure and ongoing learning.

Qualificações

• Graduation in accounting, administration, economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an AP Analyst.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, ZIP, and Numeric.
• Experience with AP systems and expense management systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Solid understanding of LATAM tax rules (Sales tax, WHT) and e-invoicing compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Processing vendor bills in ZIP P2P and NetSuite ERP for LATAM (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia).
• Handle e-invoicing and IVA for LATAM countries.
• Ensure accurate expense postings including tax calculations and WHT deductions.
• Prepare AP Aging reports.
• Participate actively in audits.

Embark on an exciting journey with us as an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage our financial records, create Bills in the ZIP P2P system and NetSuite ERP, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide accurate financial information to support decision-making.

What will you do:

• Processing of vendor bills in ZIP P2P system & NetSuite ERP, for LATAM countries (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia)
• Other LATAM countries: e-invoicing, IVA, etc.
• Ensuring transactional accuracy by ensuring correct expense impact, Sales tax application & WHT deduction.
• Preparation of AP Aging report
• Active participation in audits.

Requirements:

• Graduation in accounting, administration, economics and any other related field;
• Experience as an AP Analyst between 3-5 years;
• Experience of working with systems like Netsuite ERP, ZIP, Numeric
• Experience with AP systems and expense management systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, GSheets, Tableau, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Strong understanding of taxes applied to bills for LATAM; (Sales tax, WHT tax)
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of accounting, tax, and e-invoicing compliance
• Work experience with international companies;
