Oxbo do Brasil is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage entries, statements, and tax obligations within a rigorous Brazilian regulatory framework.

You will prepare financial reports for leadership, contribute to cost-center controls, and support audits and corporate governance while aligning with Oxbo’s values of integrity and excellence.

Qualificações

• Higher education in Accounting Sciences.
• Active CRC registration in Brazil.
• Solid accounting experience, preferably in industrial or multinational companies.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferably QAD or similar).
• Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal legislation.
• Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail and results focus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accounting entries in accordance with NBC standards with accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports to support leadership decisions.
• Calculate taxes and prepare tax obligations compliant with current legislation.
• Support structuring and control of cost centers for financial efficiency.
• Respond to internal and external audits with transparency and organization.
• Assist in company legalization and drafting of articles of association per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Oxbo accounting and tax policies and promote good practices.

Act strategically and operationally in the accounting management of Oxbo do Brasil, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and contributing to decision-making through accurate analysis and financial reports. This role is essential to sustaining operational excellence and supporting the company’s sustainable growth.

• Perform accounting entries in accordance with Brazilian Accounting Standards (NBC), with a focus on accuracy and integrity
• Prepare financial statements and management reports that support leadership in decision-making
• Calculate taxes and prepare tax obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation
• Support the structuring and control of cost centers, contributing to financial efficiency
• Respond to internal and external audits with transparency and organization
• Participate in the legalization of companies and the drafting of articles of association, in line with corporate guidelines
• Ensure compliance with Oxbo’s accounting and tax policies, promoting good practices and integrity
• Collaborate with internal areas, providing accounting information that adds value to processes and decisions

Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting Sciences
• Active registration with the CRC (Brazilian Accounting Council)
• Solid experience in accounting, preferably in industrial or multinational companies
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferably QAD or similar)
• Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal legislation
• Analytical, organized profile, with attention to detail and focus on results

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in related areas or certifications such as CPA/CMA
• Experience with audits, controllership, and compliance processes
• Intermediate or advanced English, for interaction with headquarters and international partners
