Role Overview

We are seeking adaptable, curious, and persistent individuals to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As an Account Manager, your focus will be on acquiring new merchants through proactive outreach, such as phone and email prospecting, to expand our marketplace offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
  2. Manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  3. Educate merchants about Amazon’s standards for Delivery and Customer Experience.
  4. Assist merchants in mastering Amazon's tools to manage their catalogs, inventory, and performance efficiently.
  5. Understand category specifics to identify trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing strategies.
  6. Track and analyze merchant development results through reports.
  7. Prioritize tasks effectively to achieve KPI-driven targets.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, with a description of your relevant experience.
