We are seeking a remote Account Manager to join our team in Brazil.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling to proactively pursue new prospects and grow the customer base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, upselling, and establishing new accounts.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and focus sales efforts.
  • Handle all aspects of sales, including paperwork, to meet objectives.
  • Manage sales forecasts and prospects using company software, and produce weekly reports.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, developing solutions and recommendations.
  • Understand customer needs to build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with long-term customers.
  • Coordinate with support departments (warehouse, customer service, accounting).
  • Conduct in-store sales training with vendors and customers.
  • Attend vendor training to enhance product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing customer service.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales, account management, and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution, retail, or manufacturing (with over 1000 SKUs).
  • Experience in B2B sales; retail experience is a plus.
  • Proven cold calling skills to acquire new business.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth product and market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to use Teramind software.

$12 per hour.
