What you'll do
The Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) owns a portfolio of accounts and renewals within an assigned territory. The role supports customer adoption, driving value from Docusign solutions, and unlocking digitalization opportunities. The CSAM develops and implements success and growth strategies, identifies opportunities, negotiates renewals, and provides insights to improve outcomes. Collaborating with Sales and other internal teams, the CSAM thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Prevent risk and promote growth through engagement and value delivery, measured by renewal outcomes.
  • Achieve revenue, bookings, and billings targets.
  • Maintain a forecast and communicate renewal risks to develop resolution strategies.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, protecting customer trust.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure product adoption and value realization.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate internally to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze usage, health, and behavioral data to prioritize actions.
  • Adhere to internal processes including opportunity management, CRM hygiene, and forecasting.

Job Designation
Remote: Most work is from a designated remote location, with flexibility depending on business needs.

What you bring

  • 2+ years in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred

  • Experience within SaaS offerings and quota-carrying sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic, and process management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively.
