The Challenge We're Offering

At Sidetool, we're not building a traditional sales team. We're looking for someone who wants to dive deep into tech, product thinking, and real business needs—someone who's excited about understanding complex products and explaining them in a simple, human way.

This isn't about how many deals you've closed — it's about your curiosity, adaptability, and resourcefulness to figure things out, connect with people, and find better ways to solve problems.

What Sidetool Does

We build custom platforms and automation systems for startups and growing teams. Sometimes, we use no-code tools like Bubble and Airtable, and sometimes, we write real code. The goal is always the same: solve the actual problem fast and carefully.

Now, we want to apply that same mindset to our growth—not with pushy sales tactics, but by understanding what people need and helping them achieve it.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talk to potential clients and understand what they actually need
  • Help shape proposals and solutions that make sense for the client
  • Work closely with the product/dev team to understand what we're building and why
  • Keep track of leads and follow-ups (we use Close)
  • Handle async communication via email, Loom, Slack, etc
  • Stay curious and learn about new tools, platforms, and trends
  • Constantly share ways we can improve how we sell and communicate

Requirements
  • Fluent English — spoken and written (non-negotiable)
  • Interest in tech and product — you don't need to code, but you should understand what a stack is and how things connect
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Great communicator — clear, concise, and human
  • Fast learner, self-starter, hungry to grow
  • Bonus if you've touched tools like Bubble, Airtable, Supabase, n8n, or Make — or if you're a dev
