Requirements

• Previous experience with academic routines in higher education;
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Lyceum system (operations and registrations);
• Intermediate Excel (filters, basic formulas, spreadsheet organization);
• Organized and detail-oriented;
• Ability to work in a team and follow technical guidelines.
• Experience with distance education (EAD);
• Experience with core/structural registrations (curriculum matrix, approval/pass rules, calendars);
• Experience supporting projects;
• Interest in career development in academic management and systems.
