Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting professional to support billing and accounts receivable routines. The role emphasizes Excel expertise, data analysis, and timely reporting to educational institutions.

You will extract operational reports from ERP and billing platforms, track requests end‑to‑end, and liaise between the finance team and client institutions. Prior experience in education or healthcare is a plus; TOTVS and Power BI knowledge are valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of billing and accounts receivable routines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Preferred: previous experience in the education or healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of TOTVS systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Work on billing and accounts receivable routines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
• Analyze reports.
• Extract operational and management reports from internal systems (ERP, billing platforms, etc.).
• Analyze extracted data, identifying trends, inconsistencies and areas of concern.
• Provide support to educational institutions (IES) on billing‑related processes, answering questions and providing guidance on procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact between the finance department and institutions, ensuring prompt and high‑quality service.
• Record and track the lifecycle of requests until full resolution.
• Manage the process of registering delinquent students with the appropriate agencies, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
• Monitor and execute the process of removing restrictions (positivation) after debts are regularized.
