The role requires 3 years in Line Maintenance Management within a VVIP environment, strong leadership, and excellent cost control. Onsite, full‑time position with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Line Maintenance Management role within a VVIP Executive aircraft environment.
• Eligible to hold local CAA NPH approval.
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams and managing performance.
• Confident and professional communicator capable of supporting VVIP customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Form 4 postholder for Line Maintenance, ensuring compliance with local CAA Part-145 requirements.
• Act as primary customer contact, delivering responsive support and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee aircraft technical status, ensuring effective control and escalation when needed.
• Drive operational performance through planning, resource deployment and KPI management.
• Manage the department budget, developing financial plans and delivering cost‑effective operations.
