Job summary

Zenon Aviation in Bahrain seeks an experienced Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) Engineer to provide and oversee maintenance on the customer fleet globally, reporting to the MCC Manager. This permanent, onsite role focuses on ensuring operational readiness and timely aircraft availability.

Eligible candidates hold an EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II license with Part 145 knowledge; MCC/OCC experience and familiarity with VIP stakeholders/OEMS are advantageous.

Qualifications

• EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II license mandatory.
• Knowledge of Part 145 and Airworthiness requirements.
• Experience MCC/OCC beneficial.
• Experience using operator documents helpful.
• Experience dealing with VVIP stakeholders/OEMs.
• Familiar with aircraft maintenance forecasting and airworthiness systems, AMOS is a plus.
• VVIP operations experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical scenarios and AOG events.
• Maintain service schedules and delivery timelines.
• Interface with VVIP customers, OEMs, and stakeholders.
• Assist maintenance operations with resource allocation.
• Coordinate with onsite technical support, customer support, spares and logistics.
• Analyze data to ensure timely return to service.
• Utilize maintenance forecasting and airworthiness systems for managed aircraft.

Zenon is delighted to be seeking expressions of interest from MCC Engineer’s for a unique opportunity based in the Middle East on a permanent basis.

Confirmation of the project start date are yet to be confirmed however we are looking to identify suitable candidates as soon as is possible.

Reporting to the MCC Manager you will be responsible for providing and maintaining an oversight of all aspects of maintenance on the customers fleet globally.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Oversee technical scenarios & AOG events.
• Maintaining service schedules and delivery.
• Dealing with VVIP Customer/Stakeholders/OEMS.
• Assist maintenance operations in resource allocation.
• Interact with onsite technical support, Customer Support Representatives & Spares, Logistics departments.
• Solve problems and analyze data to ensure completion of Helicopter Return to operational service.
• Use aircraft maintenance forecasting and airworthiness management systems for aircrafts handled.

Minimum Skills and Experience:-

• EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II License Holder.
• Knowledge of both Part 145 and Airworthiness Requirements
• Previous MCC/OCC experience advantageous
• Previous experience / knowledge of using the following Operator’s documents
• Experience of dealing with VVIP Customer/Stakeholders/OEMS
• Competent on using aircraft maintenance forecasting and airworthiness management systems (AMOS an advantage)
• VVIP Operations experience advantageous
