Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Line Maintenance Management role within a VVIP Executive aircraft environment.
• Eligible to hold local CAA NPH approval.
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams and managing performance.
• Confident and professional communicator capable of supporting VVIP customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Form 4 postholder for Line Maintenance, ensuring compliance with local CAA Part-145 requirements.
• Act as primary customer contact, delivering responsive support and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee aircraft technical status, ensuring effective control and escalation when needed.

Zenon is delighted to be seeking expressions of interest from Line Maintenance Manager’s for a unique opportunity based in the Middle East on a permanent basis.

Confirmation of the project start date are yet to be confirmed however we are looking to identify suitable candidates as soon as is possible.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day delivery of Line Maintenance department, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent performance across all locations for the client.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Serve as the Form 4 postholder for Line Maintenance, accountable for compliance with local CAA Part-145 requirements and company procedures.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, delivering responsive support, managing expectations and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Oversee aircraft technical status, ensuring effective control, clear communication and appropriate escalation.
• Drive operational performance through effective planning, resource deployment and KPI management.
• Manage the departmental budget, developing financial plans and delivering cost-effective operations aligned with organisational objectives.
• Review and approve overtime in accordance with operational needs and governance requirements.
• Oversee vehicles, tooling, ground equipment and company property, ensuring serviceability, compliance and efficient utilisation.
• Collaborate with Stores to manage materials and inventory, maintaining operational availability while controlling costs.
• Lead and develop teams across the network, supporting performance, wellbeing, training and competency assurance.
• Oversee Line Maintenance quality assurance, including audits, findings management, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements, company policies and Signature Aviation standards.
  
  

Minimum Skills and Experience:-

• 3 years’ experience of working in a Line Maintenance Management position within a VVIP Executive aircraft environment.
• Eligible to hold local CAA NPH approval.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience developing and motivating teams and managing performance.
• Confident and professional communicator, able to support VVIP customers and stakeholders and manage operational expectations effectively.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage costs, control overtime and understand key operational drivers.
