Zenon Aviation in Bahrain seeks a Deputy CAMO Manager for a VIP/Executive Jet operation on a permanent basis. The role supports the CAMO Nominated Postholder and ensures regulatory compliance and maintenance program effectiveness.

You will supervise maintenance providers, liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders, and apply AMOS knowledge along with FAA, GCAA and EASA Part M/21/145 requirements in daily tasks.

Competenze

• Engineering/technical training in aerospace or electrical fields.
• Extensive aircraft maintenance experience in maintenance/overhaul.
• Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
• Familiarity with FAA, GCAA and EASA CAR, Part M, Part 21 and Part 145 mandatory.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.

Mansioni

• Supervise maintenance activities performed by contracted maintenance organizations.
• Evaluate and implement regulatory requirements and Manufacturer recommendations; support implementation phase.
• Provide recommendations for modification programs and monitor effectiveness.
• Contribute to establishment, revision, and optimization of maintenance programs.
• Track and evaluate reliability data of systems, structures and components; advise on corrective actions.
• Support systems, components and structures defect assessments and rectification.
