Job summary

Zenon Aviation is seeking expressions of interest for a Line Maintenance Manager based in the Middle East to deliver day-to-day Line Maintenance across locations. You will report to the Director of Maintenance and ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with client objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in Line Maintenance Management within a VVIP aircraft setting, strong leadership, cost awareness and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Line Maintenance Management within a VVIP Executive aircraft environment.
• Eligible to hold local CAA NPH approval.
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.
• Confident communicator able to manage VVIP customers and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness with cost, overtime and operational drivers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Form 4 postholder for Line Maintenance, ensuring compliance with local CAA Part-145 requirements.
• Act as primary contact for customers, delivering responsive support and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee aircraft technical status with effective control and clear escalation.
• Drive operations through planning, resources and KPI management.
• Manage department budget and deliver cost-effective operations.
• Review and approve overtime per governance requirements.
• Oversee vehicles, tooling, ground equipment and company property.
• Collaborate with Stores to manage materials and inventory.
• Lead and develop teams across the network and ensure competency.
• Oversee Line Maintenance quality assurance, audits and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with ENV and company standards.
