The Collective Creative Agency in Manama is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join our Marketing team. You will turn trends into engaging brand content, working hands-on with cameras and editing to produce Reels, TikToks, and Stories that resonate with local and Arabic-speaking audiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content.
• Experience creating and editing Reels, TikToks and Stories.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing applications.

Responsibilities

• Spot emerging trends across TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for different brands.
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit Reels, TikToks and Stories.
• Appear on camera for trends, challenges, interviews and other social media content.
• Manage social media content calendars, scheduling and publishing.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Adapt trending formats, sounds and ideas to suit different brands and target audiences.
• Create content that is relevant to local and Arabic‑speaking audiences.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, features, sounds and platform updates.
• Support the development of social‑first campaigns and content concepts.
