Job summary

TRACCS is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead day-to-day client relationships and develop social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. The role includes content calendar planning in English and Arabic, managing campaigns, and delivering analytics-driven insights.

Applicants should have 3+ years in social media management, deep channel knowledge, and familiarity with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Percolate, and CMS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of overall social media management experience.
• A deep understanding of all major social media channels.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects in an organized manner.
• The ability to work with Google Analytics and other similar tools.
• Experience in working with Hootsuite and Percolate for community management.
• Experience in working with website content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.
• Agency experience in Bahrain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content calendars, preferably in both English and Arabic, using social media management tools.
• Manage organic/paid ad campaigns and develop engaging content concepts for artworks and video.
• Provide advisory to clients on latest social media updates, trends and best practices.
• Identify influencers across various social media platforms for campaigns.
• Fully manage social media communities and monitor engagement.
• Create performance reports using social media analytics tools and prepare social media audit reports and competitor analyses.

Job description

Fluent in Arabic and English, the Senior Social Media Specialist is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of client relationships including the development of social media strategies and management of all social media platforms mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

The Senior Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning and creating content calendars, preferably in both English and Arabic while using social media management tools. He/She will also manage organic/paid ad campaigns, create engaging content concepts for artworks and video, provide advisory to clients on latest social media updates, trends and best practices, identify influencers across various social media platforms, fully manage social media communities, create performance reports using various social media analytics tools and create social media audit reports and competitor analysis.

The Senior Social Media Specialist should have:

• 3+ years of overall social media management experience
• A deep understanding of all major social media channels
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects in an organized manner
• The ability to work with Google Analytics and other similar tools
• Experience in working with Hootsuite and Percolate for community management
• Experience in working with website content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupel
• Working knowledge of digital advertising concepts and ad delivery services

Note: that candidates with agency experience in Bahrain preferred.
