C&M Collaborative Technologies WLL in Bahrain is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager (Bahraini Nationals Only) to lead content creation, storytelling, and campaign execution for brand pages. You will plan campaigns, write captions in English and Arabic, and coordinate with photographers and clients to deliver compelling posts.

The role emphasizes hands-on content production, social media scheduling, and staying ahead of trends to grow reach and engagement.

Qualifications

Must be Bahraini.
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management (2–4 years).
Basic photography & videography skills (mobile or mirrorless).
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Business, and content scheduling tools.
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Must be flexible with work timings.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, and Eurostaffs.
Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign strategies.
Write bilingual (English & Arabic) captions aligned with brand tone.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and clients to ensure timely deliverables.
Shoot and edit basic product/lifestyle photos and short videos (mobile or camera).
Analyze post performance and optimize strategies for reach and engagement.
Stay updated with trends, reels, and new marketing tools.
