• 4–8 years in content marketing, social media, creative strategy, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel content strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, briefing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall content strategy across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and future markets.
• Own the content calendar from ideation and planning through production, approval, and publishing.
• Lead the creation of content across social media platforms, ensuring quality and alignment with brand objectives.
• Oversee content for brand partnerships, campaigns, and marketing activations.
• Establish and improve content workflows, processes, and operational systems.
• Manage and mentor content team members, including creatives, videographers, and copywriters.
• Monitor content performance and track KPIs related to engagement, brand growth, and business impact.
• Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning, key campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels, formats, and languages.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging content opportunities.
