Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content.
• Experience creating and editing Reels, TikToks and Stories.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing applications.

Responsibilities

• Spot emerging trends across TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for different brands.
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit Reels, TikToks and Stories.
• Appear on camera for trends, challenges, interviews and other social media content.
• Manage social media content calendars, scheduling and publishing.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Adapt trending formats, sounds and ideas to suit different brands and target audiences.
• Create content that is relevant to local and Arabic‑speaking audiences.

About the Role

The Collective Creative Agency (TCCA) is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands social media culture — not just someone who knows how to post. You should know what makes people stop scrolling, what trends are worth jumping on, and how to turn those trends into content that feels natural and relevant to a brand. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, comfortable on camera, and able to take an idea from concept to final piece of content.

What You’ll Be Doing
