Job summary

Unipal is seeking a Content Creator to craft engaging short-form videos that showcase partner brands and student life across Bahrain and the GCC. You will plan, shoot, edit, and post content, travel to other markets when needed, and work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Accounts Management.

You will bring 2–4 years of content creation, a strong portfolio, solid editing skills, and comfort on camera. A GCC-focused sensibility helps you deliver locally relevant content.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years creating short-form content for a brand, agency, or personal channels.
• A portfolio showing you can shoot and edit content that performs.
• Strong editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Comfortable on camera and approaching people to film.
• Strong sense of what GCC students and young people find funny, useful, and shareable.
• Organised with calendar management and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
• Create content with and about partner brands, from offers to in-store visits.
• Appear on camera or direct students and creators who do.
• Adapt content for Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and new markets so it feels local.
• Follow trends daily and turn them into Unipal content quickly.
• Keep a weekly content calendar and hit posting targets.
• Track views, engagement, and downloads, and double down on what works.
• Build a library of brand-safe assets the team can reuse.

About The Role

Students find out about Unipal on their phones, mostly through short videos. Your job is to make content students actually stop scrolling for: showing off our partner brands, offers, and student life across every market we operate in. You will plan, shoot, edit, and post content from Bahrain, travel to our other markets when needed, and work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Accounts Management.
