The ideal candidate has prior restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• English and Arabic language preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant staff, inventory, budget, and customer service.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
