We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of waitstaff, chefs, and other restaurant staff
• Train new staff members and ensure ongoing training for existing employees
• Create weekly schedules and manage labor costs
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for all staff members

Requirements
