The role requires at least 3 years of managerial experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong English communication. Bahrain visa/residency is mandatory.

Our well-established restaurant in Manama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high-quality service and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing inventory budgeting and customer service
• Hire train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Create schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant to meet health and safety standards
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the chef to create new dishes or adjust menu items based on customer feedback
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the overall dining experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic proficiency is a plus
