Job summary

Westin Hotels & Resorts in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking an experienced Revenue Management professional to balance financial objectives across lodging products, optimize pricing, and manage inventory. You will develop regional pricing strategies for transient, wholesale, and group segments and communicate plans to hotel GMs, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners.

The role requires strong analytical ability, experience with revenue management systems, and a track record of driving revenue growth

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
• OR
• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Analyze STAR information to assist in developing RevPAR index forecasts and budgets.
• Provide input to pricing and market strategy and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate reservation and market data, and generate timely reports.
