Kempinski Hotels seeks a Director of Revenue Management for a prestigious pre-opening luxury property in Manama, Bahrain. You will design rate architecture, forecast revenue, and build the commercial infrastructure to support a successful launch.

You will lead systems setup across PMS, RMS, CRS, Channel Manager and rate parity, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Owner leadership to align pre-opening targets and long-term performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Master's degree or specialized certification in Revenue Management is strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years as a Director of Revenue Management within a 5-star international luxury hotel chain.
• Experience in at least one luxury hotel pre-opening project.
• Proficiency with hotel systems, data analytics, and revenue management concepts.
• Business fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Opening Revenue Strategy & Market Positioning: conduct market analyses and design rate structures.
• Systems Configuration, Distribution & Tech Integration: configure PMS/RMS/CRS and channel management.
• Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting: develop Pre-Opening and Year 1 budgets with KPI dashboards.
• Commercial Alignment & Pre-Booking Acceleration: align with Sales and Marketing to drive early bookings.
• Analytics, Reporting & Post-Launch Optimization: monitor rate shop data and publish updates to owners and leadership.
