Job summary

• Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue and maintain information accuracy.
• Assist in preparing competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions and communicate strategy to properties.
• Perform revenue management month end reporting and forecasting to support financial targets.
• Generate and update property and market Revenue Management reports as primary analytics source.
• Assist with system maintenance, training, and implementation of sales strategies in reservation/inventory systems.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect assets.
• Develop positive working relationships and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
