Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in senior sales roles within luxury hotels, proficiency in Opera Cloud and MS Office, and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, marketing, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Director of Sales or Sales Manager in a luxury hotel.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud and MS Office.
• Arabic language will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners.
• Conduct regular sales calls and site visits to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with revenue management to develop pricing strategies and inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine tactics.
• Create attractive sales promotions, packages, and offers to enhance competitiveness.
• Coordinate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and event planners.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management with insights.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and content.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and social media.
