Job summary

INT Solution is seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager/Supervisor to oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services in Bahrain. You will coordinate with finance, operations, warehouse, and logistics to maintain smooth purchasing processes and drive cost savings.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong negotiation, communication, and ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of purchasing procedures, supplier evaluation, quotation analysis, and purchase order management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee daily procurement activities aligned with operations and priorities.
Identify and develop relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Request quotations, evaluate proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Review purchase requests for accuracy and budget alignment.
Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders to meet timelines.
Coordinate with finance, operations, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth purchasing.
Resolve supplier issues and support inventory planning to prevent shortages.
