Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee operational IT management, budgeting, and policy compliance across the hotel’s technology stack. You will manage relationships with GMs, EXCOM, and HODs while driving strategic IT initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar IT leadership role, strong communication, and the ability to mentor a team while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an international hotel brand.
• Strategic thinker, results-driven, process-oriented, and attentive to details.
• Able to inspire and motivate a team, providing clear direction and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational IT management and relationship with hotel leadership and key users.
• Manages IT budgeting and compliance with Accor IT policies and guidelines.
• Develops business cases for IT investments and reports on IT status to GM and Area IT Director.
• Leads IT projects and advises on strategic IT matters for the hotel.
• Ensures PCI DSS and GDPR compliance.
