Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• 3–5 years of IT leadership experience within a luxury hotel, with direct experience in pre-opening system implementations preferred.
• Mastery of hospitality core systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Simphony POS), networking, server environments, security, and cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, deployment, maintenance and security of all hotel technology infrastructure.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime across hardware, software, servers and networks.
• Oversee pre-opening technology deployment including PMS, POS, RMS, keycard, Wi‑Fi, IPTV, and network infrastructure.
• Manage data security, access controls, backups, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Administer vendor SLAs, software licenses, procurement contracts, and CapEx budgets.
• Provide helpdesk support and staff training on core systems and cybersecurity awareness.
