Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a Transportation Specialist in Manama, Bahrain. The role requires arranging and coordinating passenger and cargo movements for NSWG-1 Det Bahrain/TF-3 and deployed personnel with USTRANSCOM, AMC, CENTCOM, and related agencies.

Qualifications

• Be a U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. passport.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with air mobility and transportation management.
• Possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule NSWG-1 Det Bahrain/TF-3 and deployed personnel, passenger, and cargo movements with USTRANSCOM, AMC, CENTCOM, SOCCENT, and other agencies.
• Provide oversight of strategic airlift and/or sealift requirements for deployments and redeployments in CENTCOM theater.
• Ensure DoD transportation data entry into TPFD(D) and coordinate varied transportation modes to meet deployment timelines.
• Coordinate arrival/departure dates with U.S. Embassies, DOD sections, and Fleet commands for exercises and training.
• Develop and distribute deployment reports and ensure compliance with DoD clearance guides.
