PrimeForge Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef in Manama, Bahrain to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will train and manage kitchen staff, develop menus and recipes, order supplies, and uphold food safety standards.

This role requires leadership, ability to work under pressure, and strong time management. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required; local Bahraini or GCC nationality

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Creativity in developing menus and recipes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Sous Chef

The role of a Sous Chef is to assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to high standards. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, creating menus and recipes, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards. You must have strong leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent time management skills.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
