Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to create high-quality dishes while adhering to strict food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to success.
• Strong communication skills to effectively delegate tasks and communicate with other staff members.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity when developing new menus or dishes.
