Job summary

Yokogawa in Bahrain is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive advanced solutions in OT/ICSS and related digital technologies. You will work with cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, and Legal to craft compelling DES/standalone proposals and to advance regional initiatives.

The role requires a strong background in Yokogawa ICSS, network security, and virtualization, with the ability to operate autonomously within a global, collaborative environment and to represent Yokogawa across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years of OT/ICS experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage proposals and solutions for YMA and DES initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Legal and Quality teams to win bids.
• Ensure agile, timely submission of proposals within schedules.
• Act as Yokogawa ambassador for MEA region and drive customer discussions.
• Support training and audits for solutions teams and FEED efforts.
