Job summary

RCSI Medical University of Bahrain is seeking a senior coordinator to oversee the university’s extra- and co-curricular student development and wellbeing programmes. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering a broad portfolio that supports personal, professional and academic growth for healthcare students.

Qualifications

• Higher level degree in education/professional development/teaching and learning/training and development.
• Significant experience coordinating and developing education or professional development programmes.
• Experience in higher education or healthcare education is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise extra- and co-curricular student development programmes across the university.
• Work with stakeholders to implement the department's student development strategy.
• Promote programmes and manage communications, events and activities across channels.
• Monitor participation, outcomes and impact; maintain databases and reports.
• Manage budgets and ensure resources are used appropriately.
• Collaborate with students and external partners to enhance opportunities.
