Job summary

RCSI Bahrain is seeking a Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact for students, visitors and external guests, delivering a warm, professional welcome and high-quality administrative support across front of house operations.

You will manage the main switchboard, respond to enquiries, provide accurate programme information in English and Arabic, support campus tours and events, coordinate post and visitor access, and work with the Recruitment team to promote the university.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house, reception, customer service, or administrative role is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Outlook and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for campus visitors, delivering a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage the main switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Respond to enquiries promptly via Outlook and provide accurate information on programmes.
