Job summary

Gulf Air is seeking a Manager Aircraft Structure & Interiors to lead the Structures & Interiors Engineering group within the Technical division. The role focuses on effective technical support, staff management, and adherence to airworthiness regulations.

The ideal candidate will oversee compliance with ANTR M.301–M.706, coordinate with OEMs, and drive improvements while maintaining records and performance metrics for ongoing airworthiness and modifications.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years airline technical experience, with at least 4 years in structures/interiors.

Responsibilities

• Allocate staff and review responses to ADs, Service Bulletins, and other directives.
• Ensure staff performance aligns with ANTR requirements and regulations.
• Liaise with manufacturers to explore enhancements to technical performance.
• Provide technical representation at industry events and meetings.
• Recruit and retain qualified staff for key roles and define job duties.
