Job summary

Gulf Air Group Holding Company seeks an experienced Manager Aircraft Structure and Interiors to lead the Structures Interiors Engineering group. You will provide technical support, develop aircraft structures and cabin interiors, and ensure compliance with governing regulations.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating with manufacturers, and maintaining maintenance programmes while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance qualification, with additional education accepted by the Bahrain Civil Aviation Authority.

Responsibilities

• Allocate staff and review responses to Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and similar regulatory tasks for structures and cabins as required.
• Liaise with manufacturers to explore enhancements to in-service equipment performance and participate in industry events as needed.
• Ensure staff are trained, perform in accordance with procedures, and maintain appropriate CAME TIM procedures.
