Job summary

Gulf Air seeks a Country Manager to oversee the Bahrain station, including Sales, Airport, Security, Cargo, Finance, HR and Maintenance, ensuring activities align with the company mission and local regulations while driving revenue and service excellence.

As the senior executive, you will manage staff, budgets and monthly meetings, represent Gulf Air to governments and stakeholders, and report on station performance to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in sales and marketing with 7+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Strong understanding of airline business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station operations across Sales, Airport, Security, Cargo, Finance, HR and Maintenance.
• Organize and chair monthly Station Coordination meetings with functional heads.
• Manage station budget and optimize resources to meet targets and cost controls.
• Represent Gulf Air to government, partners and stakeholders and report performance to HQ.
